1 Acceptance and Modification of Terms

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with any feature or service provided by ace45, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all users accessing the Platform from any location, device, or jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register and maintain an account with ace45, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be legally authorized to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be included on any self-exclusion list maintained by ace45, PAGCOR, or any other regulatory authority.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with ace45. Multiple accounts created by the same person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals or bonuses.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You acknowledge that ace45 conducts identity verification procedures in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bills or bank statements dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. Any activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify ace45 of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected fraudulent activity related to your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to your ace45 account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and other authorized Philippine financial institutions, as well as cryptocurrency where applicable.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method. All deposits are subject to verification and may be delayed pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. ace45 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at our sole discretion.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard procedures and timelines, which vary depending on the selected withdrawal method and account verification status. Fully verified accounts typically experience faster processing times. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's legal name.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the following requirements:

• Full account verification with approved government-issued identification and proof of address.
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• Compliance with our AML policies, which may require source of funds documentation for large transactions.
• Settlement of any disputed transactions, chargebacks, or bonus abuse investigations.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All financial transactions on ace45 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, the amount will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and currency conversion fees may apply.

4 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on ace45 are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds display, ace45 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits may vary depending on the game type, sport, event, and your account status. VIP members may be eligible for higher betting limits. ace45 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets are subject to the official rules of the respective sports governing bodies. Settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the relevant authority. In the event of postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules document.

Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to dynamic odds that change in real-time based on the progress of the event. A slight delay may occur between bet placement and acceptance due to technical processing. ace45 reserves the right to reject or limit live bets at our discretion.

4.3 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games and slot machines available on ace45 utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been tested and certified by independent third-party auditors for fairness and compliance with industry standards. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information section.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Collusion with other players, syndicate betting, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or system malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or bonus restrictions (bonus abuse).

• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after funds have been wagered.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by ace45 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms include but are not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while using bonus funds, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, strategic betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or other forms of bonus manipulation, will result in confiscation of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and possible account closure.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonuses must be wagered according to the specified requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests made before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

ace45 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude players from specific promotions based on account history, betting patterns, or any other factors we deem relevant.

6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on the ace45 Platform are the exclusive property of ace45 or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from ace45.

8 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ace45 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access the Platform or services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or interruptions in service availability.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ace45 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any services provided by ace45 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations with ace45 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. before pursuing litigation.

10 Account Closure and Termination

ace45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to respond to verification requests within specified timeframes.
• Extended periods of account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you following completion of all outstanding wagering requirements and pending transactions, subject to our standard withdrawal procedures and AML compliance checks.

In the event of account closure due to Terms violation or fraudulent activity, ace45 reserves the right to forfeit any balances, cancel pending withdrawals, and recover any amounts owed to the Company.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected through the ace45 Platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
